The Jock Bogle Music Education Scholarship application window is open Monday, January 5 through Friday, March 6, 2026.

Scholarship Information

A $1,000 scholarship awarded to a graduating high school senior who:
  • is a current member of the Sun Prairie Band program, and
  • participated in high school and/or community clubs & organizations, and
  • plans to attend a four year university or college majoring in Music Education
How to apply:
  • Collect two letters of recommendation (as electronic pdf files), one from a band director and another from an adult who is not related to you
  • Please complete and submit the online scholarship application and attach the pdf file by the deadline.
If you are chosen:
  • The award for the Jock Bogle Music Education Scholarship will be presented at the senior awards ceremony.​
